**Gamify reality.** The living roadmap is at [roadmap.gamegpt.gg](https://roadmap.gamegpt.gg), updated as work ships. This chapter follows the roadmap version updated September 25, 2026.

**Shipped: the new foundation.** The platform was rebuilt from scratch (Builder, Arcade and the admin console) on a clean codebase with a security-first publishing pipeline, and production moved to the new stack. Creators can use leading models with live streaming and iteration memory. Publishing is signed and reviewed. The Arcade rewards loop includes leaderboards, daily streaks, quests and lootboxes with verified scores.

**Complete: GameGPT 2D.** The 2D creator product is complete: build, refine, add art and music, and publish browser games for desktop and mobile. Design polish and the creator experience are complete, including a guided first game, starter prompts and game thumbnails. Creators can bring their own images and sprite sheets through review to the Arcade, and generate an original soundtrack in the Builder. The community helper answers platform questions from published material in Discord and Telegram. PRO and PREMIUM subscriptions provide monthly credits. Campaign and competition rollout are tracked separately below.

**In progress: GameGPT 3D.** Browser-based 3D generation is available, and the new 3D creator tools are in staged release. Model upload, material editing, saving and reuse have passed live checks. Paid model creation, animation and the complete publish-to-play journey are still being verified.

* **3D in the Arcade:** updated model and animation support is in place for shared previews. Existing games passed live playback checks. Publishing and playing with assets from the new creator workflow still need end-to-end verification.
* **Asset library:** the 3D tools include a starter collection and saved models. The complete library and export experience remain under verification.
* **Animated assets:** rigging, motion selection and animated previews are implemented and being tested with real models. The full paid animation workflow is not ready for public launch.
* **GameGPT game-dev eval:** the benchmark remains in progress, comparing leading models on the same game-building tasks and publishing how they compare.
* **Native Arcade apps:** iOS and Android remain in progress. This milestone does not mean the apps are publicly released.

**In progress: 2D launch and competition rollout.** The campaign began September 21, followed by the first free Gridlock Ten Ladder pilot on September 22. The launch video and follow-up posts are published across X, Discord, Telegram and TikTok, with more community activities and campaign releases to come. The pilot offered ten attempts per player, reviewed results and manual sponsor prize payments. General paid entry and automatic competition operation remain unfinished. Automated settlement and wallet payouts still need complete live verification before wider paid competition. An automatic wallet payout service for wider Ladder and Arena competitions remains planned.

**Later: GameGPT Unity.** GameGPT plans to drive the Unity engine directly, so creators get real engine output from a conversation: scenes, logic, assets and builds that a studio can take further.

**Later: GameGPT Unreal.** The same approach is planned for Unreal Engine, for the highest-fidelity games the platform aims to make.

Each dimension is the same platform pointed at a bigger engine and a bigger audience. Creators, players, the arcade economy and the tooling carry forward; what changes is what you can build and who shows up to build it.
