# GameGPT Builder

GameGPT is an AI-powered gaming engine. Describe the game you want and the Builder generates a complete, playable game in minutes. No game-development background is required.

**How a game gets made**

1. **Describe it.** Title, concept, orientation and genres. A creator can ask the engine to expand a one-line idea into a fuller plan first, or go straight to generation.
2. **Generate it.** The Builder uses leading AI models; creators choose which model works on each prompt and watch the game's code arrive live while it is written. Each generation becomes an immutable numbered revision.
3. **Tune it.** The workspace shows the live game next to its code. Creators iterate with follow-up prompts, and the Builder remembers the conversation so refinements stay coherent. Creators can also edit the code directly.
4. **Dress it.** Games declare the art and audio slots they use; creators drop in their own assets, or ready-made ones from the GameGPT asset library, without regenerating the game.
5. **Submit it.** A readiness check confirms the game has a generated revision, passes the safety scan and is wired to the GameGPT SDK (reports score and game over). Then it goes to human review and, on approval, is signed and published to the Arcade.

**What it is good at today**

The Builder's sweet spot is the kind of game that wins in a short-form world: arcade and hyper-casual genres, endless and score-based modes, playable on desktop and mobile. As the models improve and the platform learns from the games built on it, the range of genres widens. Gradatim Ferociter.

**Asset library**

A built-in library of ready-made game assets is being added so that every generated game looks finished out of the box, starting with the GameGPT NFT collection reimagined as in-game art, with animation for a first set of assets to follow.

**How creators pay**

Building on GameGPT is subscription-first. Creators subscribe to a PRO or PREMIUM plan, which provides the credits that generation and iteration consume, and can add one-off credit packs. There is no free tier for building a game and submitting it for publication; we may later add ways for first-time creators to earn or redeem credits.
