We are building an AI-powered gaming engine and the place where its games get played. On one side, the GameGPT Builder turns a plain-language idea into a complete, playable game in minutes, with no game-development background required. On the other side, the GameGPT Arcade is where those games are discovered and played, where players compete on verified leaderboards, complete quests, open lootboxes and enter tournaments. A signed, human-reviewed publishing pipeline connects the two. In 2026 the whole platform was rebuilt from the ground up and moved onto new infrastructure, with a security-first publishing pipeline, multi-model generation in the Builder and a complete rewards loop in the Arcade. The Builder and the Arcade are live today at builder.gamegpt.gg and arcade.gamegpt.gg. Three ideas run through everything that follows. First, AI removes the barrier between an idea and a shipped game, so the number of people who can make games grows by orders of magnitude. Second, games made this way are built for the mobile, short-form era: pick up and play, tight loops, constant novelty. Third, the platform's own assets become playable participants: GameGPT NFTs are gaming agents that owners train and send to compete on their behalf. The economy is built around two sides of a market. Creators pay to build: generating and iterating uses credits, bought in packs today, with PRO and PREMIUM subscriptions for regular creators coming next. Players play for free and can compete for real prizes in paid tournaments. Revenue is denominated in US dollars (USDC on crypto rails), and a portion of the revenue the protocol earns is used to buy the DUEL token off the market and burn it or lock it in a vault. Today that buyback is a manual process run by the team.
